Seeking help with import mod re4 2007 to re4 UHD version

good night, I wonder if someone could import this mod mask in specific to the UHD version of resident evil 4, I have no idea how to do it, even with the tools I saw here on the site still I can't, the mod is not mine, in fact just wanted to import it to the new version of Re4 uhd did not want to modify or anything of the kind just that, If I didn't want to change it to mean something since it's probably going to be a process created from scratch, I apologize for my bad English  Here is the download link of the mod mask you wanted on Re4 UHD www.mediafire.com/file/53oneoj8e7k65le/Union+Mask.rar I would be very grateful if someone would help me with this, in my view it seems to be something simple to do only that I am breaking my head still trying to solve or make it work

It's really quite complicated to import these things, we'll have to wait until someone helps us or go trying forever until we get it it really is, but it looks like you already got yours done lol This improved my night 100%; I'm so happy about it. XD

I didn't imagine you had made it for the HD project, because it worked really well, and I even forgot to mention that it was with this mod. It's incredibly well-crafted, and this is a very, I mean very, well-done piece of work, because it looks truly beautiful.
