Today I'm here to share another tool for RE4 PS2 version (may work on 2007 PC as well, not tested), with this we can extract and reimport back textures located inside any .EFF file.
It's possible to remove and add new textures if needed, it works together with a .HEFF file, which is simply the data chunk that contains multiple textures inside an .EFF file.

The usability is quite simple: just move your .EFF file to the tool's folder and click on extract to get all textures inside the file (if present), and double click on repack when you're done with the edits, it will automatically rebuild the .HEFF file, import it back into the .EFF and update all offsets.
