I have a problem with crashing when loading a save if I choose Ashley Special 1 (ovveride on RE4 tweaks screen). Doesn't crash when using her NORMAL/SPECIAL 2 appearance. So it must be that when the models are trying to be loaded my game crashes. I've been trying to troubleshoot the problem for a long time. I even did a fresh install of RE4 on Steam. I tried all the combinations with the files. I don't know what I'm doing wrong as it seems to be a pretty simple process.
MY CURRENT SETUP:
1. Installed RE4 Tweaks and renamed both dinput8.dll and dinput8.ini to winmm.dll and winmm.ini.
2. Extracted and copied over BIN32 contents to the correspondenting folder. (bio4.exe + dinput8.cfg/dll).
3. Extracted and copied over pl15.udas.lfs and 01000015.pack.lfs to their correspondenting folders.
4. Deleted 01000015.pack.yz2 and 01000005.pack.yz2. (tried with and without, with one and the other file present, etc.).
(I'm only trying to install the NPC version).
I don't have the RE4 HD Project installed by the way.
*Tried copying over 01000005.pack.lfs from the BACKUP folder to the game folder as well*

I'm using files from folder called "Ashley no jacket > Em + ImagePackHD". Should I use other files?

New version released, fixed random crashes, missing and flickering textures specially on no jacket version.
Files are now separated to avoiding 1gb of download.
Thread above related to the problems on some people computer fixed too.

I downloaded this mod of yours in nexus but I still want to thank you here, although it is a pity that you left this community but I see that you have your reasons, I still appreciate this mod, although I would have loved to have it with the voices of the ashley of the remake, because the voice of the original ashley is not my favorite, to put it nicely.
Anyway, thank you very much and good luck with your projects.
