Since we can't apply mods to the 'traced' version I'm considering jumping to non-traced dx11 version. But It's kinda dilemma. There are lots of mods which could enhance my experience here that I can't use. On the other hand there are some things that got fixed in dx12 version like the reflections etc. Do you think in your opinion it is worth it? Could you help me here to decide.

That's very simple. If you gonna play normal game you can keep dx12, if want mods you have to move to dx11.
