I'm trying to insert new models in the ss_pzzl.dat file (inventory) which are slightly bigger than the original ones, and that makes the file size increase. But unfortunately that makes the Merchant crash every time we talk to him, has anyone ever find a fix for this on 2005/2007 version?
Or at least does someone knows why this happen? Any help would be much appreciated.

I did several searches and couldn't find how to remove the size limit, the only solution is to transform the ss_pzzl_402.BIN, ss_pzzl_403.BIN and ss_pzzl_404.BIN files into DMY. can be turned into DMY without problems, does not cause crashes. It won't free up a lot of space, but it's better than nothing.

Any help would be much appreciated. Already did this a few months ago i put all the model from omk_pzzl.dat into ss_pzzl.dat and the results is always crash when i meet the merchant. Also i did one swap mod character that has increase the file too much big & make the game crash. I 100% sure nothing is wrong but yeah the game still crash. So i have theory, if u make one file too bigger even if u already change the limit the game will crash. And also i too much replacing files using afs explorer turns out it damaging other files too even i never touch that files. For example ive seen one ganado looks buggy like invisible and some like the texture is stretching. But maybe this would work if u also copy model from ss_pzzl into omk_pzzl too. But idk never try it just too lazy
