What does this mod do?
Replaces Leon RPD (Special 1) Costume, to a sleeveless alternative, inspired by Kevin Ryman and RE2R Injured RPD Uniforms

UPDATE 2.0 - Fixed normals/mapping (03/2023)

**HD PROJECT may be required.
