Ada the spy skin (assignmen ada) cannot equip bowgun, why ?

I dont know if this happen to uhd/pc too but in ps2 i accidently found out that ada the spy skin cannot equip bowgun ? dunno why. Somehow the game freeze, but if i use raw code patch=1,EE,0042DA82,extended,00000030 (weapon mod only work outside the inventory) its work but i cannot change weapon. So this code is like changing the gun u using right now into another. How to do it ? here activate 3 code

patch=1,EE,0042DA8A,extended,00000002 (change character to ada)
patch=1,EE,0042DA8B,extended,00000001 (change skin into ada the spy)
patch=1,EE,0042DA82,extended,00000030 (mod another weapon into bowgun)

then just new game, the game work but u cannot change into another weapon otherwise it could crash

I prefer that skin than mercenairies skin so ive try to replace pl0b_000 & 001 with pl0c_000 & 001 but the result game freeze so many red text in pcsx and then i try just swap pl0b & pl0c (no extracting) the results i could play with merc skin in assignment ada mode but i cannot play mercenairies mode with ada. And this one has 2 red text on pcsx
