kreed is this the app you meaning ? i dont think its windows app cuz there are no exe file and i was trying to open re4util and this pop up show up Im already has net framework 4.5.2 & microsoft visual c++ 2012 (this is the last version i could install on my windows 7 ultimate) then whats wrong ? No! the software is included with directx sdk www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=6812 but as biohazard said, each version is unique for modifying audio

and the re4util works by dragging and dropping xsb and xwb in the exe

and the re4util works by dragging and dropping xsb and xwb in the exe wait. it cant open snd ? i though the app could cuz in the tittle show (Initial SND, XSB, XWB Support) ah this is hopeless i dont think swapping leon ashley voice is possible, i wish i could change the frequency using hxd but i dont understand its just too much number
