I am working on a model converter tool (.bin to .obj), however I am not very experient about dealing with 3D models and I'm facing issues when generating faces to create the meshes, it always returns messed up no matter what pattern I create to generate them. Here's an example: Typewriter save model
The left side is what I expect to get, the right side is what my tool is creating. I have almost everything mapped out: ✅ Vertices ✅ Normals ✅ UVs ✅ Submesh size However, the .bin models does not have faces bytes inside the file, and that's the main problem, I have nothing to be based on. So my question is: how can I find/know the correct way of generating faces? Are they generated based on any info inside the file? Or if you have any link to any website from which I could learn from, that would be great too. Any help will be much appreciated.
