it's inside Merce2Resource.arc file
but when i'm trying to replace or remove the text it
doesn't change anything?

the texts for dlc characters and mercenaries is a complete mess.
but if you guys really want to change them look for it in:

game_resource.arc
merce_resource.arc
merce2_resource.arc

i know for sure they are here inside couse i had to edit them for my re4 project

But how can we modify hem? with MSG Tool or something else?

the file is called cp26_360_NOMIP_BM

this is how I was able to make Jessicas name replacing Excella. The rest of the dlc names are in there as well
