Hello!

I recently threw together a new tool to assist with modifying FSE files.

It works with big/little endian files.

Keeping this post a bit more simple you can see the tutorial I posted for how to use the tool here

It does require Python

And I've heard windows defender might throw a false positive as a virus. If that is the case let me know. I will try to release a script version of the program instead of an EXE
