I did manage to get his modding script. it was down on his sig but working just fine on his profile site. however things are kinda confusing to me. When i mod the Cutscene Model (uPl05AcHeadSherryEurope.arc) game loads longer (around 1 Minutes) vs. the unmodified Cutscene Model from the game itself who only loads seconds. I honestly have this problem before and i just found out that the script is the cause. which is a shame cause only HIS script works pretty well on 3dsmax 12. I can upload the video for clear proof but for now. i can only provide screenshots. i hope anyone can help me. and thanks in advance.

I have this issue with some mods. I honestly don't know what is causing it I'm pretty sure this was a cause by codeman's script. as leaving the .arc unmodified the game loads shorter as how capcom intended.

Based on my experience, for modding cutscenes head/hair, you need 2 script :
1.2.8 = For importing the .mod files
1.2.4 = For exporting
Somehow, 1.2.4 script are much stable for exporting cutscenes head/hair, but did horrible job for any other .mod, like body, in-game head, & both hands, it always ended-up 'exploded mesh' in-game

Hmm, there's few probabilty : - Missing textures or wrong texture directory [.mrl issues either on HeadCutscenes .arc or uPLTex05.arc] (The game tried to search those & it'll lead long loading screen. When failed, it'll load white-grey checkmark over the mesh)
- Something wrong with Mesh ID [.mod issues] (You can just re-import modded files into 3dsmax & scan it)
Also, you can check your modded cutscenes head through 'Collections' menu & find Sherry's model pose. Cause every model pose using Cutscene Head, Eye, Hair for showcasing the pose (idk why Capcom done that, unlike RE5 & RE:REV2)
