Can't replace images in Game Graphic Studios

Hello good, it turns out that I want to replace the image of Hunk with that of Chris Redfield in the mercenaries menu, according to a some tutorials, it's just a matter of sizing the images well and dragging it to the program with its png extension, but it turns out that when I drag my image to the image that I want it to replace, it does not show that it makes a change as can be seen in the tutorials that I have seen, please help, I left a video where it demonstrates exactly what happens to me when I try to replace an image with another, nothing happens, it does not replace me, I will show the video right away, thanks in advance.
