Please tell me why on earth you would want RE4HD (with all new remastered textures), to look like an older version of the game?

I own HD versions of the game on multiple platforms (ps4, ps5, pc, switch) and spent hundreds of hours playing the game. I wanna go for a more nostalgic feel now, similar to when I first played it on the ps2  Just wondering if a mod like this exists or not

I see. I think its fair to say to if you bought RE4 at least 4 times then you can feel ok with downloading the 2007 somewhere without hesitation. Seems the easiest way for you to get the experience you are looking for, as there are no low resolution mods that I am aware of.

Yeah bro I've thought about doing that, however I've looked it up and from what I saw the only copies of the original PC port were physical copies (no disks drives on my PC). Unless there's a way I can get a digital copy of the original, would you happen to know a way to do so?
