is the file you exported named 'chris.smd'? I doubt it. Your BIN_Repack.bat needs to be edited to have the names of the MTL and SMD files that you exported.

the problem is when I take the bin and tpl file from the extracted udas files and extract it in the bin it give me three files smd,obj and mtl when I try to repack it in the same time it give me an error. (UPDATE) I FIX IT I JUST CHANGE THE NAME OF THE FILES TO chris Renaming the file to Chris will work, but the game isn't going to accept Chris.TPL and Chris.BIN  You need to edit the names of the files to be the same as what you extracted if you want the game to load the model(s).
