So I managed to replace the voices on Sheva's Tribal outfit successfully, but whenever I try to change the voices on her Business or Fairy Tale outfit with the same method (Extract arc, sound/se folder, open stq with the mt framework sound tool), I still hear Sheva voices in game instead of the replaced voices. I checked the stq again after and the voices were the replaced ones, but the voices in game are the defaults. Am I doing something wrong?

I had the same problem with my Ashley mod, made the same question, and no one spent a minute to answer. 🙄

Sheva's DLC costumes load its voice commands from another STQ, i believe its the one located at "nativePC_MT\sound\bgm_dc".
I think you can reuse the same STQ you already edited from Sheva Tribal, you just gotta rename it to her DLC file "emo_vo_11_s.stq" instead of the standard "emo_vo_01_s.stq".

I assume it's the same for the other DLC characters then. Thank you so much.

the container is called spc file. i was trying to remember its name

See the exemple below where Sheva's Clubbin carries the file se_Pl01.spc while Sheva's Fairy Tail carries (and uses it on DLC game modes only if i recall correctly) the file se_Pl21.spc: Personally, i'd just edit those two and pack them together to avoid running into issues like this, but this is just an example how the game choose different files to load (not just sound files) based on certain situations.

I forgot to mention SPC files as well, but if it's the same principle, then that should work too. For reference, when I ran into this, I was using Sheva Business in the campaign mode, both her, Sheva Tribal, and Sheva BSAA had modded SPC files, but I was still hearing default Sheva. I played around with SPCs and STQs and kept running into it, so I came here.
When you say "pack them together," do you mean to put multiple SPCs and associated files in the same archive (have both pl01 and pl21 in the same place for example) or to mod multiple archives and use all of them?

scream grunts taunt and all are SFX or sound effects ; voices like come on, go wait, are Voice Commands. SPC files are for SFX while STQ for Voice Commands to make it clear
Also for some reasons, Sheva is always a annoying to mod her voice. Those paths issues mostly happens with her.

Sheva sure is weird with her voice, I got a similar problem with just Sheva Tribal in the campaign, I had to mod Sheva BSAA's voice to hear the modded voice in campaign. That could be due to the fact that I had yet to unlock the tribal outfit in game because I didn't feel like getting every emblem, so I used a trainer to switch to Sheva Tribal.

Exactly, all SPC files into one ARC, also don't forget to copy them to the game's root folder "nativePC_MT" and replace what is already there, that may also be the cause of those conflicts since when you first load into a campaign match, the game is more likely to load some extracted files from its root folder rather then the ones packed into an ARC file.
