Ok. I spent a lot of time working out how to do this process and many hours creating this basic tutorial of the process.

Tutorial video and download links for all tools and the text tutorial used in the video are in video description.

I tried to make it as clear as possible, but i hope it is enough for people to follow.
If i am motivated enough i may make a more advanced version showing how to change pointers in the .tex file header so you can completely customise the amount of space allocated to each file. But that is a job for another day lol.
