i´m trying to add hd textures on evil lord leon, all right i turn the image 2048x4096 and saved it in dds format it is fine when i open it again on pscs4 with nvidia plugin
but when i try to reconvert to tex it turn again to 1024x1024 and completely black! somebody know what is wrong?

maybe the compression type i´m using?

i tried every kind of compression an nothing yet! maybe´s a arc tool problem!
even when i tried to let the original height 1024x1024 is black. i though that teh problem was beucase of this but not too

Can upload textures, I'll try.
You should save BM.dds and MM.dds in DXT1 no alpha. NM.dds must be saved in DXT5 interpolated alpha (exceptions BM.dds hair, they should also be saved in this format).
