Harder Professional difficulty

Hello, I wanted to know if there is any mod that could make the professional difficulty a bit harder (without putting 100 chainsaw ganados in every room). Enemies would attack harder and could become more aggressive. Also, the merchant could have increased price and less firepower from weapons/knife and the items would be found in less amount, the drops rarer. I tried to use Raz0r's nightmare mode from his trainer but it wouldn't work.
