The texture is 0031.tga which is located inside of 34000001.pack (file is located in \Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 4\BIO4\ImagePackHD) You will need to open the pack file with the YZ2 tool, then open the 0031.tga texture in a photo editing program (like Photoshop, or Paint.net) to adjust the color balance and hue.  Once your edit is complete simply repack the .pack file and put it in: \Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 4\BIO4\ImagePackHDYou will also need to rename/delete/move the following file: 34000001.pack.lfs (you can simply rename it to 34000001.pack.lfs.bak) This will make sure that your file loads instead of this original one.
