Finally after waiting a long time, my biggest project for RE8 it's called "Hunt or Be Hunted" actually this mod enhanced Lady Dimitrescu's AI, by default she cant enter certain areas like Kitchen, Library, Church, Concert Hall and more areas, but with this mod, Now she can enter all those areas and ready to chase you everywhere, Except this 3 areas :
1. Rooftop
2. Underground / Dungeon
3. SafeRoom
I will explain more detail, why those 3 areas cannot be entered by Lady Dimitrescu

Maybe for Lady Dimitrescu is impossible chasing Ethan to Rooftop because the only way to access the area by climbing the ladder or use a lift, we already now Lady D doesnt have climbing animation like Mr.X. For Underground / Dungeon, I think there's a chance She can go there, but since she's so tall not like regular enemies, she always gets stuck when going through a path with a small area, except she do crouch walk act, but for doing this well, need to go more deeper and I'm not sure if there's a setting for it.

Known Issues :
1. Dont try to lure Alcina to the next room where you get the key inside Wine Room, because Alcina cant enter this room, if you already enter this room when Alcina right behind you, you will gonna be stuck and cant go outside from that room because Alcina blocked the exit path, so be careful.
2. [ Only for Ultima Version ] in this version you can go outside to the Vineyard, because I already remove the gate and maybe enemies can chase you until this area, but not for Alcina, only Daniela and another enemies, and the bad news is you cant go back to village because the cave where met Heisenberg. for the first time not loaded, and unfortunately I dont know how to fix this issue
3. Sometimes enemies like Moroaica can be stucked inside the wall [ I'm still trying to fix this for next version ]
4. When you against Daniela Dimitrescu on the rooftop, sometimes Daniela can be stucked at certain point she always like flying around above you, you can fix this if you approach as close as possible to Daniela.
