Frank Woods Over Leon (Casual) or (Police)

If anyone is up for the challenge, I'd love to see Woods from the Call of Duty series replacing either Leon's Casual or Police outfit, specifically using Woods' outfit from either Modern Warfare (2019) over Leon's (Police) or his Black Ops Cold War Safehouse outfit over Leon's (Casual), depending on which is easier for you to make or replace.

I'd do all this myself, but my lack of knowledge on how to properly import entirely new models and textures over the game's original ones prevent me from doing so. Not to mention the lack of full proper tutorials out there. Also, both Woods' models and his corresponding textures are available for use, thanks to Flvck0 from Deviantart.
