I am just starting to mod so this could be a mistake at my part.
I tried to mod Leon's outfit (Classic one),for beginning I tried to change the colour of the outfit from blue to green.(I used Adobe Photoshop) When I finished it I exported it in .DDS with Intel Texture Works with these settings: 1)Texture Type:Color + alpha 2)Compression:BC7 8bpp Fine (sRGB, DX11+) 3)Mip maps:Auto Generate I couldn't chose any other options. Then I edited it in HxD. On my edited file I deleted everything from 0000 to 0090 (I deleted the first four from 0090) and Copied from the unedited everything from 0000 to 0090 (I copied everything from 0090 not just the first four,I was following a tutorial). Then after that I added .tex.10 to change the file to .10 and Installed it with Modmanager. In Modmanager it said that it was installed, but when I opened the game and chose the costume It opened the normal costume not the one I made. I went through every costume because I thought I maybe made a mistake but it still used the original ones,I even changed the graphical options but it didn't make any difference.
What could the problem be???

Why HxD?
I would just create a mod via FluffyQuack's mod manager (Fluffy Manager 5000) where you just replace the .tex. files you want to mod.
