An old project that was abandoned since RE2R faces weren't good enough as base & also busy with college stuff.
Using Jill's head & Becca's hair as base for head & hair, but i tweak it a little bit on her jaw, so it's not gonna be identical as Rachel herself.Her eyes are animated properly in-game, so the hair mesh are gonna be addon.
And bout her hair, it's my first attempt & it's looks messy on specific lighting angle, i'll re-do her hair if i have free-time. (atleast gonna take around 6 hours to make her hair)
