As now I'm in this forum, I decided to also share one mod I made for Resident Evil 4 I made couple years ago.
This mod replaces most of Leon's sounds, the main Leon's model and Leon's mercenaries images.
What Features Bambo model replacement has:
Little story how Bambo ended up in RE4:
This mod was made long ago, and this was a single time I made mod for RE4, so my knowledge how to do it all are pretty much forgotten. So feel free to modify him however you want as now I'm into other things.
Here's some videos to see how he looks in action:

What Features Bambo model replacement has:
- Widened shoulder bone placement:
Because Bambo has distorted proportions, I had to edit the main Leon's skeleton to make his arms be a bit further from the body. This makes certain animations looks silly, but narrow shouldered Bambo is even more silly. Yet I still had to playtest multiple times to see how far I could put shoulder bones before animation would get distorted into very ugly looks. - The hair, headband bits, ears, tail and bullet belt have jiggle physics:
This was achieved by assigning small amount weight priority of Bambo's polygons to Leon's hair, jacket, side equipment bones. - Bambo has facial expressions in radio calls.
Sadly I didn't noticed that his right ear is pulled up during radio calls, instead being in relaxed position as the left ear.
Also, you can see his antlers are going into other character's radio screen. - Bambo has a bit molten head variant that appears after getting acid death by novistadors.
Little story how Bambo ended up in RE4:
Deer Avenger 4 is very obscure game, and likeliness of it having any plugin to import models into 3D editing software (Blender), was very slim.
Thankfully, some old version of .DFF model plugin for GTA San Andreas has worked for Bambo model import.
But his model got imported boneless with action pose (not t-pose), so his body was distorted and finger polygons were crushed and such.
It took many months (4+ months) of learning blender how to restore him into close to original game looks. I had to spend weeks watching how his limbs bend in original game.
It's great that UV maps got imported correctly, or else I would just give up.
In the image below, in top left corner is a restored and re-rigged model, and in right bottom corner is the initial import look. His bone data is broken and default pose is action pose, not a T-Pose.
