Wandering Enemies (RE2) Sets all enemies to wander around when idle. This can be great fun for replayability, because you never know where the enemy is going to be; zombies will often shuffle off into random nooks and crannies that you might be running towards thinking its your escape. Marvin wandered down here by himself, I only found him when I came down to save. Not all enemies will do it, like those doing scripted actions such as eating a dead body. When I played the Resident Evil-Chapter with all these wandering zombies I never thought that Resident Evil 2 actually lacked this feature. This will make it more fun to play, especially in my replay for Claire's story. Thanks for this. I'll definitely use it in my game

Hey alphaz, this is amazing. Can this be done in RE3 as well?

Impressive mod! Makes the game so much more realistic and immersive, but also eerie because now there can be zombies in former "cleaned & safe" areas

Does this work with the RE2 Randomizer? When playing through randomized, I didn't notice too much movement. Maybe because I was rushing all over the place, even to sequence broken areas, trying to find items. Maybe this makes them temporarily despawn?

This mod is still awesome and one of the most important mods! Halloween 2022 is closing in with pumpkinlike speed, and this mod let´s various enemies (not only zombies) wander around a little bit. For example I ran away from that Licker that comes in the attic with the C4 and the last statue for the three emblems to enter the basement. When I came back to that area the Licker was no longer in that attic but there in the hallway leading to the attic. Absolutely LOVE this mod, makes enemies I ran away from because of not enough ammo showing up in different rooms and hallways somewhere in the vicinity of their original spawn room - this makes Resident Evil 2 so much more exciting and horrific because there is no real escape - monsters who are left alive seem to slowly follow. Happy Halloween!
