Thanks a lot for a great mod! It was so annoying to be limited in ammo with such a variety of weapons. Is there a possibility to make the guns still reloadable, like MUP? Not infinite bullets in clip, but infinite clips for the weapon.
I finally got the chance to test this mod in RE2R.
Same thing with RE3R, the weapon has got to be in your inventory when you turn the mod on to keep the ammo "safe" for when you turn it off.
I did notice an issue even with the mod on. When it comes to the default knife, it still breaks but only when you use it as a defense weapon. You can keep slashing away to your hearts desire but do not stab it on to enemies because for some reason that breaks the weapon. I tried it on the Birkin boss fight. It resulted in a really fun glitch where Claire can still equip the weapon but the blade is not attached anymore lol
I'm not sure how much I can do about it but I might put a little warning in the description / modinfo. I could turn off infinite ammo for grenades, but I like them being infinite so I think I'll leave them. This is all just using the game's official "infinite ammo" toggle for each weapon, which is normally only enabled on the bonus weapons.

Yeah maybe you could put out a warning or include a "no-defense weapons" version. Honestly though I found NOTHING wrong when it came to grenades except for not being able to take them out of the item box. The only issue with defensive weapons is the knife when sticking it on to an enemy. You don't need to do that when you have invincibility on, though, since there's no point to defend yourself as you are not taking damage lol but of course for the "infinite ammo" only version, I would put a warning NOT to use the knife on enemies if you want to keep that knife. My opinion though is that Capcom should not have made knives dispensable in the first place for RE2R (why I really prefer the RE3R knife).

Just want to first comment saying that this looks like a fantastic mod (I haven't tried because I currently play RE2R on PS5, but am investing in a proper gaming pc and setup soon) Secondly, what do you mean by 'infinite ammo toggle'? haha Just because when I play on console there is no way for me to disable all the infinite ammo weapons from appearing in the item box. Is there a way to do this and I'm just too stupid to see it? haha thanks again!

mattdaroc: The newest update to RE2R & RE3R brought back those terrible jittery zombie animations. Has a new offset been discovered for Hex Editor to fix this? I tried the latest one for both games and no luck.
