What is this mod doing exactly? Is it just a reskin for Jessica? Or does it replace Jill so that you can play with Jessica in the campaign?
Anyway, here you can find a reskin for Jessica with both uncovered legs. Then if you want her to replace Jill, you can use this model swap tutorial.
There was a mod that replaced Jill in campaign with Jessica replacing also melee moves and voice, but I think the author removed it, I can no longer find it.

This Jessica doesn't have something like a default buoy on her back. I want this mod. There was a site where the person who uploaded it to the link seems to have obtained this, but this mod was missing. What you get on this site is certainly barefoot on both feet, but you should have something like a buoy on your back.
