I would really like a mod to replace the weird looking RE7 Chris with the proper Chris model from RE8, both at the end of the game, the end of End of Zoe (if possible?) and Not a Hero

it would be good, I mean I don't have any complaint against RE7 Chris since he is identical to RE1 one, but for an iconic character sticking with the most recent model (relating to RE5 or 6) is the best choice and RE8 Chris actually has the above conditions. But since modders pay too little attention to RE7 and they focus on 8 instead I don't think it would be possible.

I don't think so, since you can see the Chris model in the model showcase in Bonuses, there should be those files. Besides, if modders could reveal Ethan's face, which literally does not appear in any of the Village's cinematics, why can't they extract Chris RE8's model? Theres even a head swap for Chris head over baby rose lol

It's not about extracting Chris's RE8 model (which is totally doable). It's that the cutscenes that involve Chris in RE7 aren't in-engine cutscenes so you can't just swap the models.
