Please for the love of Uroboros someone get rid of the demented baby scene in it's entirety. Delete the giant tumor, skip the chase sequence, something, just someone make it I never have to see that cherry red sack of Satan spawn ever again.

I agree! I just got to this part last night... I turned it off and contemplating un-installing this. please please please can someone see if it's possible to skip this bit!?

The game is 18+ i know, you can BE 18 or over but is it not a little hard? I mean, the game should not be a sun flower game

Why should the best and most intense horror scene from the game be removed? This Buenevista house (or whatever it is called sorry my knowledge of Spanish is not good) area is the best of the best this game has to offer

On your first playthrough, sure. But after completing the game several times, the chase scene loses its magic and becomes nothing short of monotonous.
In other words, this part of the game does nothing but hurt repeatability, and it just doesn't fit with the other sections of the game, which are a lot more action-focused.
That's why.
