Thanks for this! I always download these Classic Start-Up Screen mods when I see them. It's a shame Capcom stopped including these, it really is iconic to the series. Now if only someone would make a mod that said "RESIDENT EVIL" when you start the game!

From an artistic point of view: Very classy professional and clean made mod. Well but there is one little problem with this mod.... Resident Evil 3 Nemesis had the gore toned down compared to Resident Evil 2, but Resident Evil village has no gore at all, zero null nada. There is not even a ragdoll physics or any bullet impact damage response on the monsters. So adding this start screen is simple and plain very wrong because Village has no gore at all and can easily be some PEGI14 or 16 title with T-Rating. Well Dimitrescu has some tentacles in her final form and some monsters leave their skeleton with crystalization but that´s it.
