Mod: replace the frame borders in photo mode with 4 expressions of DR4 Frank West

So I thought it'd be funny to replace the filters of the photo mode with expressions from Frank West.
the quality varies because it was kinda hard to find good usable screenshots of this.
look it was a dumb joke I came up with ok...?
these replace the picture frame, the film borders, newspaper front page foto, etc. (in the "frames and logo" category)

varying visual quality of these renders.
I also don't know if at different resolutions he'll get squashed or not *shrug*
