I got the right .arc file. But I can't take off the shirt from characters.
I converted to .tex many files.
And after that, I tried to remove files .tex with "shirt" on the name.
But nothing works.
I converted .tex to .dds
I saw the images and the right shirt that I want to delete.
What should I do?

Two possible options: you have to resking the model to change the shirt or you will have to edit the .mod file with 3DS Max, but it's hard. You can't just delete what is stored in the images. You can, as i said, reskin or change the model, but i know nothing about 3d.

If we have more modders, we'd had more mods.
