Long story short, I picked up the shotgun at the beginning and all three mods I had attached are lost and I can't pick them up again.

Is there a mod to grant all weapon mods or one that'll let me have raid mode mods in campaign?

I suffered from this same issue back in 2015, where I was able to get the second handgun twice. The only method I found to get my parts back were using Cheat Engine, saddly.

Although, it got me banned from RE.net events, since CAPCOM detected my edited save filed. I tried to explain I used it to fix a glitch, but all they said was "bans are permanent".
