There are no real time shadows cast on the player's body, only lack of light because of the direction of the light source. I don't know what these other mods do to change lighting, so you might want to ask the authors of those mods as to what edits they made to the LIT file)s).
I also don't really understand what your images are conveying (like what light source are you referring to that is present and absent)?

These pictures show that the shadows on the model can affect the radiance of the skin.i will ask the author this question，Thanks anyway for your reply。

It looks like they removed character lighting. In RE4UHD you can set lights to affect enemies only, or characters only, or combinations etc. They probably removed or edited these lights.
