Hello.
I've been trying to use some reskin and model mods for Helena and Ada using Fluffy manager 5000 (latest version) without success.
I've used fluffy for other RE games and it works fine.
I placed the model file in mods folder and install it in fluffy and make sure I've got the right skin for Helena or Ada to be replaced but it does not work.
The skins I'm trying:
Four eyes (Ada costume 1)
Jill BSAA (Helena costume 1) Jill Battlesuit (Helena costume 2)
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

If you're trying to play Mercenaries or any other extra with them maybe it could be they don't have support for that mode. But if you're playing on the campaign and it still doesn't work try to install it manually. Just extract the .rar archive and copy the files to: Resident Evil 6 / nativePC / arc / DX9 (make sure to make a backup of the original game files).
And remember, you can't play the campaign with the extra costumes (it isn't an available option), so you need to swap the costumes with a trainer to play with them. If you don't swap the costumes and you play with the default one, you're not going to see the mod as it replaces the extra costumes.

Make sure the file is in correct order and format. Some mods before fluffy just include the file to replace it manually. Fluffy MM need it to be correct for example nativepc/arc/dx9 then zip with rar.
