Hello, I had this finished for a while but I needed to add the rest of the textures. This mod aims to make Leon look more like a younger version of his RE6/Damnation/Vendetta self.
I updated the mod with improved likeness + RE6 beard addon and hair
RE6 hair is standalone, the beard addon requires main file to work.
Install using Fluffy Manager

I was very surprised by the existence of this mod and def wanted to give it a go in game. First off, while I do love how Leon looks by default in the remake, BIG kudos for the idea and result you have brought us!
If I may share some feedback here that's been on my mind since my experience with this mod, For the most part, you got the front and side profile perfectly. Only thing that I found off was his chin. I felt the chin itself has too much length/hands down too long to where it gives Leon a gorilla/Crimson Chin look. In your comparison photo, it is quite easy to see this; especially with RE6 Leon's jawline is a near perfect line while on the mod, the chin def hangs more than it should resulting in a not so perfect line.
If this can be possibly fixed, the mod would surely be perfect in my opinion. But please keep up the great work!

Thanks for the feedback  , I did some general tweaks and this is how the chin area looks like as of now in comparison, red model being the original RE6 Leon, green being the modded head. I have to take some liberties in some places since the RE6 model is lower poly, and also it can be RE2's anims that make models look weird sometimes - like when Leon meets Claire at the gas station his nose doesn't really look like the mod because of the way his face is animated, I can't do much about that. Mod has been updated

I can totally understand what you mean with liberties because of the animations so no problem there at all. I downloaded the update after reading your post. After using it in gameplay and in cutscenes, it's indeed most excellent! Funny enough, the scene you mentioned with Leon's nose in the intro, it didn't look off to me at all at the moment. But still an excellent job.
Thank you very much for taking in the feedback! Might I ask if you have anything else cooking for 2 or even 3 remake?

I've been modding a lot of RE2 lately so I wanna come back to 3, gonna finish a Jill version of the Standard RPD mod that I did for Claire but that'll be after I take a break for a few days out of town
