The biggest threat from RE4's Waterworld is back and better than ever. He's constantly in his berserk state, and harder to stun as a result even if you know where to aim. I even swapped out the original RE4 sounds for his chainsaw and voice. Enjoy!
I'm not sure who the original model creator is, so if anyone can inform me, let me know so I can give credit where it is due.
Major update (11/3/20):
This is the final release. I changed all pained Chainsaw Majini sounds, his ones where he's decapitating, etc. This is FULL RE4 Super Salvador. I even swapped his death sound back to the proper file. Was a mistake on my part. Enjoy!

I think it was Marcos who did them but he deleted his account here. I think it's him but I don't see anyone else who did that sooo
He made the RE4 enemies pack last year.
Quick feedback, like your Claire, it's a little too loud, well the chainsaw sound is, the ganado voice is too quiet.

Hello Friend! excellent work: D only the sound volume is low .. You can do it again and increase the volume of DR Salvador's voice much much more I do a mod on resident evil 5 from resident evil 4. With Huksya's advice, I went and toned down the sound of his chainsaw significantly, and increased his voice a lot. You can still hear his chainsaw berserk on top of the crane for SD in Mercenaries, but you can easily and clearly here everything he says or does.

Sorry man. I'm working on other things right now, and I don't have the sound files for the Illuminados just yet. I need to get my Mercenaries stages done, plus I'm about to start working on Ada.
