RE4UHD FIX TOOL 2020 by Mariokart64n
As requested here is a new tool to open .fix files which contain textures for some of the game menus.
Users will need to open the password protected zip file. Passwords are 'fix' for both archives. Rename the FIx.txt file to the name of the .cpp file in the archive.
Usage:
Drag & drop an uncompressed .fix file on to the re4uhd_fix_tool.exe and it will create a subfolder of the same name.
You can then go into the sub folder make texture edits.
Images appear to be DDS RGBA32bit so keep to that format also known as raw r8g8b8a8.
Then when you want to make a new *.fix drag and drop the folder onto the exe and a *.fix of the same name will be created.

Since Mariokart64n didn't make this through whatever official Microsoft verification it will come up as a false positive for virus which makes it more difficult to share with others. You can try again, using the instructions at the top of the page.
