I found a video from MechanicsVoiceOver - this is amateur and fan-made voice acting studio that localizes games on Russian language.
Right now they are voicing Resident Evil 6 who were also able to replace SFX characters audio like commands, speech, screams and etc.
As far as I know SFX modding was not possible until today for this game. Does anyone know something about this? Some kind of tool appeared for this?

Isn't It just russian version of the characters like in re5 ?

Isn't It just russian version of the characters like in re5 ? Nope. RE6 didn't receive official Russian voice localization for this game, only subtitles.
