I did this very quickly because it was requested by Johnny Valentine
so here it is!

Known bugs:
- does not change wrestler hair (not a bug)
- makes the goggles on his wastelander outfit look like they're floating a bit because his hair isn't as fluffy
this mod requires the fluffymanager to install the mod:
