Replacing Leon's voice with female voice for all cutscenes

So I have been thinking after making so many female-in-Main-Game mods that the only thing left to do here is to replace Leon's voice for cutscenes that feature female mods. After a bit of research I found this app called morphvox-voice-changer which allows for real-time voice replacement. I previewed some videos to hear the quality and think that this actually sounds not bad. 




With this we could change all of Leon's audio to female. THis would require lots of work though as we couldnt simply load all the clips and then process them as there are often other voices in the clips that would need to remain unedited. To add to this we would need to ensure that the duration of the clips remain intact as well, so there would be lots of editing. 

The good news is I am REALLY good at editing audio (been doing it for 20 years) since Cakewalk 3 was around. I think this would be a pretty big mod to do, but if there was money raised for this by the community (for the software priced at $40 USD and maybe a bit more for my time) I might take it on as there are probably plenty of people who would want this?

I am going to include a vote on this to get a feel if this is something I want to take on .
