So in the toyshop for RE3R there is a statue of MegaMan based on the bad boxart version of MegaMan 1.
So I reworked that static mesh into a costume for Carlos!
Why? because it's funny...
And now I turned that costume into an abomination for Mr. X

I reworked this mod to fix the shoulder skinning up a fair bit, and fixed the UV issue on the neck
I also made his gloves blue-ish and the fingers are now no longer skin-coloured but are grey and match Mr. X's skin
