Also this is good learning experience and for e.g. video (has separate music, sound effects, voices), by silencing voices (file replace not worked, only hex editing)..
So after that i quick tested Dario dialogue, hex edit-into .pck whole .wav/converted to .wem file and it worked !!! So now is possible to edit voices in dialogue banks!

EDIT: Also 1999 Music mod add-on for 1999 Intro Movie in 1999 Title Voice, Inventory Sounds, Music thread.

is nice i finally figured out video files tricks. And new way to edit dialogue/event(cutscenes) audio. Now this probably will help for RE2 Leon/Claire (while Leon/Claire together in 1 scene) problems i had.

With reiko26 colaboration to video creator Emperor Honoka (a.k.a. 音乃木坂工作室 - youtube channel), we have permission.

Since we still don't have original video file (if is not lost) i did mod test and decided to share to everyone.
Trying save quality as possible with youtube-dl but with result tbh i'm not very happy.. also in Youtube is not best (moving pixels e.g.)
YouTube is really bad source for getting video/audio due to uploading convertion, downloading convertion, modding quality loss.
