This is genuinely the best mod I've seen for this game, you've done an incredible job especially with so few resources! I can't wait to see what else you do. Amazing, just amazing. Oh wow, thanks for the kind words! I see, well thanks anyway lol I'll try the vertices thing on 3DS Max. Honestly, I think it's the editable poly that corrupts the mesh but maybe if I just edit the mesh vertices, it'd be fine XD Thanks for the mod. And btw the hair looks great! It's a little off when it comes to physics but not that noticeable. It looks really good on Leon, I actually prefer this hairstyle on him lmao Thanks, I hope your mesh edits work for you. And yeah I've been noticing the physics behave a little weird sometimes, notably when walking while aiming so I'll see if I can smooth things out more Progress on this mod has been slower than I planned due to some personal issues that happened recently, but I'm continuing to test now. I'll also start editing the bandaged version of the costume, so it can fit the story and for those that haven't beaten Leon Hardcore S rank yet like me lol s'alright haha Thanks, too. Hopefully I get my Leon head mesh finally working lol and sorry to hear about you. I hope everything works out fine for you

Amazing! I would definitely recommend sticking with your current face. Dante is a bit too old for Kevin and the hair too long. Can't wait to play around with it. Kinda hoping Cindy might be in the works but Kevin is the step in the right direction!

Spectacular effort on the face. I especially love what you did with the lips!
Might I suggest tone down the cheekbones a bit? They look a little too plump imo and Kevin really has this handsome long face to him XD XD

I wonder if you could put some hair on his arms to make him look a little more rugged? Carlos' textures should work for that, but it's just a suggestion. Great progress!

Almost there... Wetmask nearly fixed     Bandaged version  I tried mixing Carlos' arm textures but they're different so I gotta align them better, fix a few more things and it should be finished soon

Question: is this version of the classic outfit compatible with regular Leon as well? I like the way this looks a lot more than with sleeves haha

rain395 Thanks! And yeah it sure is, I didn't modify the neck of the head model so the uniform can be used by regular Leon, and the Kevin head/hair should be compatible with any Leon costume too

Oh my God, this is incredible! What a beautiful work! Thank you for that. It makes me dream (way more) about a new Outbreak game.
My favorite character is Cindy, so if you decide to make her one day, I might have a heart attack xD
