Sadly, possibility: very very hard/near impossible. Problem: files encryption (and new way than RE2).
Without understanding encryption.. modded fies in-game - audio silence, not all/or wrong values changed (hex) on new file - game crash.
Some correct values changed - audio silence/or (biggest achiev for now) - distorted sound play.
Need more advanced hex editors, if someone wan't to try, i will provide sound banks/wems ("1999 Nemesis S.T.A.R.S. Voice" all changed). Not need anything to do about size/lenght - is modded correctly to damn single byte. Need hex edit every modded wem file.. (32/157 for now), or at least give a shot trying to understand encryption comparing to unmodded files. Where~ those values and etc. i will provide info on findings.
