I posted about this before but I wanted to create a new thread. I know we have Raz0r's trainer which allows us to teleport, swap characters and inventory, etc... I would like to request a mod that does this automatically for Adas missions, without flipping through menus. I realize my idea/request is kinda pointless, I can just use the default menus and/or trainer, but I don't know I just think it would be more interesting if it was automatic somehow.
Like imagine somewhere in chapter 2-3 (after the cabin with Luis) theres the big lever where you pick the right path leading to el gigante, or the left path leading to a horde of ganados and chainsaw twins, followed by the chairlift ride. Somewhere in one of those areas with the merchant, there should be a little icon or something (maybe a model of Ada can stand near the merchant) and when the player walks up to her it says "would you like to play a mission from Separate Ways?" If the player selects yes they would only be forced to play 1 of the SW missions, then it would automatically return the player back to Leons main story after completing the Separate Ways mission, or maybe it could also include the option to view the extra Report cutscene too?
Each section of the game could have a few teleporters placed in various locations, 1 or 2 for the Village, 1 for the Castle, and 2 for the Island, maybe also include Assignment Ada too... but heres the situation: I know I talked about this last year, and I was told I would need to ask Raz0r for help, but I don't know if hes still around The easy part is having Leon teleport into SW then switching his character to Ada, but the problem is - can we get a trigger to automatically store and reload the players inventory for each character, without swapping through the menus? that way everything would feel like a seamless natural transition from the main game to SW and back!
If Raz0r is not currently available, I would still love to see some form of Teleporter room allowing players to access SW from the main game, even if it doesn't swap the inventory, hopefully at some point in time it will be possible
