I could be wrong, but they are likely in the files for each room the scenes happen in

They are stored in texture packs specially loaded for the radio transmissions sequences, updated in my post above with the locations...

ha ha ha give me a minute... EDIT:From 1e001010 to 1e003050 have fun... thank you marcelo i´m creating a full re-texture of all cutscenes leon ada hunningan louis and ashley new textures and clothes for some of them!!
