new mesh and new texture, i think the old models doesnt fit too well with this engine plus are really low poly, i once did re4 leon and the result was horrible (although maybe the animations influenced a lot)
what i did was conform the new ada face with her re4 face and make some changes especially on her cheeks to add a asymmetrical look

Sorry in advance for being a negative nancy but I have to admit though, I don't see RE4 Ada on this. I think her face should be a bit more round and as someone who has tried recreating her look before so I know how hard it is to get right, I think the texture needs some editing. Just some feedback, this obviously looks great.
