MOD DESCRIPTION
Some Antiviruses generate false alaram with these type of files.
However its just an "FALSE ALARAM", but if you have doubt goto:
www.virustotal.com
and check what another Antiviruses say about it!
This is the Resident Evil 5 Versus patch for PC only.
Capcom already included Versus mode in the PC version. However, they've refused to release it so far.
The files for versus mode are included in the PC version, this patch proves it can be enabled.
USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK THIS IS NOT OFFICIAL!
--- Installation -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To install this patch you must do the following:
1. Extract the contents.
2. Go to your RE5 installation directory usually C:\program files\CAPCOM\Resident Evil 5\
3. Drag 'n' drop all the extracted contents into your RE5 installation directory
4. Run versus.exe as an administrator.
5. Enjoy & play!
Press the F1 button during 4P lobby inorder to enable No Mercy mode.
--- DX9 Configuration ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Open the versus.ini file.
2. Set the line DX10=1 to DX10=0, then it will use the DX9 setting.
3. Execute the versus.exe normally.
4. Enjoy & play!

- Keyboard users are unable to change team. (Only possible with PAD)
- Incorrect Leaderboards
- Incorrect Custom Search Menu
- Incorrect Lobby (4P) text at bottom.

A bug appeared when i added no mercy and duo, using different times caused conflict, now its fixed.

Mode is switchable by pressing the F1 hotkey.
It will also change the string name from Versus to Mercenaries, allowing us to play these two different game modes.
(The hotkey only works in the Gamemenu.)

This feature fixes the Crosshair bug, by using (with the mouse) the laser-sight system, just like the pad does.
